| In 1882 she was covered by Rosicrucian, and sent to Sydney, NSW, Australia. The Australian Stud Book records that she was covered by Rosicrucian in 1882, but proved barren, and was covered by Coltness prior to exportation. Her 1883 filly, Seaweed, is therefore listed as sired by Rosicrucian, or Coltness. GSB 15:459 and 607 makes no mention of Surf having been covered by Coltness in 1882. | |
